I actually cancelled a slap up meal with cocktails yesterday to officially start by 4 weeks of hell. Those that know me (probably not many as you wont know i’m here) now i’ve dropped 4 stone since being at my heaviest due to ill health. However I still have another 4 stone to go to be a healthy, happy person. I’ve tried many a diet and failed miserably at the slightest sniff of a chippy chip! So I am doing what works for me, building up my resistance in the gym and abstaining from all types of lovely food (im addicted to food) for the next 4 weeks.
I know perfectly well this will not lose me 4 stone – so why 4 weeks? I’m turning 28 (cringe) on the 13th March so i’m hitting the treadmill as hard as i can before this date. I’d like to wear a nice simple dress for my planned meal out to Jamies Italian but we will have to see if the extra tyres have depleted in size!
This was meat day so I managed to do level 1 of Jillians 30 day shred dvd, 2 km on the treadmill (not all running tho) and 20 lengths of the swimming pool. I’d really love to be able to run 5km by the summer so this is my aim. And the sirloin steak was AMAZING for tea!
